  • After your purchase is complete, you will receive a Booth Set-Up Link that will walk you through the booth-creation process. During this process, you can review a variety of booth templates to choose from and upload all of your employer information, job openings, logo, webpage and/or social links, files, etc., to customize and complete setting up your booth.
  • Note: You do NOT need to download or install any software for this event. You just need to have access to the internet.

Yes. Candidates will have access to your booth from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. ET during the event so it is highly recommended that you have someone available throughout the duration of the virtual career fair.
We recommend having one or two people available during the entire event. You have control over when staff should join (for example, staggering staff for 2-hour shifts).
You will have access to live text chat, audio call, and video call functions during the event. You can also schedule interviews with candidates.
After you’ve completed your purchase, you will be sent log-in details that allow you to:
  • View your booth and chat with job seekers
  • Search and filter profiles by level of education, field of expertise, current job title, etc.
Access to the searchable resume database begins on February 24, 2025 and remains open one month after the event until April 19, 2025.
At the conclusion of the event, you will be sent a detailed Post Event Report that includes: total number of booth visits and clicks, content visits and clicks, and job openings visits and clicks.
